Eligibility for Returns
Water filtration systems may be eligible for return only if all of the following conditions are met:
- The system is new, unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
- A return request is submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Prior return authorization is obtained from Blue Lotus Water
- The system passes manufacturer inspection upon return
Non-Returnable Water Systems
The following are not eligible for return:
- Installed or used systems
- Custom-ordered or special-order systems
- Systems returned without prior authorization
- Systems damaged due to improper installation or handling
Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
Approved returns are subject to:
- Manufacturer restocking fees
- Original and return shipping costs
- Any applicable handling or inspection fees
These costs are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any approved refund.
Shipping Damage
All water systems are shipped directly from our manufacturing partners and are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
If your system arrives with visible or concealed shipping damage:
- Damage must be reported immediately upon delivery
- Claims must be submitted within the manufacturer’s required timeframe
- Photo documentation may be required
Eligible claims will be processed through the manufacturer’s shipping damage claim procedure. Replacement eligibility is subject to manufacturer approval.

3. Ritual Essentials, Beverages & Wellness Products
Final Sale Items
Due to health, safety, and sanitation regulations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return:
- Ritual Essentials
- Ritual Bundles
- Beverages and drink products
- Teas, drink mixes, and consumable wellness items
- Any product intended for ingestion or personal use
These items cannot be returned or exchanged once shipped.
Damaged or Defective Ritual Products
If a ritual or wellness product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
